Rhondda Cynon Taff County Borough Council are working with a Caerphilly-based housing association, United Welsh to deliver the Homestep Plus scheme, with funding from the Welsh Government's Vibrant and Viable Places Programme.
United Welsh identify and buy empty homes in the CF37 postcode area and refurbish them, before offering them for sale at 70% of the asking price, similar to the Homestep scheme. Or you can identify a home and United Welsh will buy it on your behalf.
The scheme aims to help you to get on the property ladder at a time where it is difficult to do so and also to continue to boost the local housing market and associated economy.
